Maciej Grzegorz
Chairman & Managing Director
Maciej Mazur, as a shareholder of UNIFARM, brings many years of management experience, including leading large teams of several hundred employees and overseeing complex business operations.
His extensive experience in the healthy nutrition sector has given him a strong understanding of the importance of product quality, safety and its impact on consumers’ health. This perspective shapes UNIFARM’s approach to selecting business partners and suppliers.
Maciej believes that long-term success can only be built through cooperation with the best suppliers worldwide — companies that share the same commitment to quality, reliability, transparency and responsible business practices.
At UNIFARM, his primary focus is on developing the company, building strong international partnerships and creating a portfolio of high-quality products that meet the highest standards.
Nikhil Murali
Founder & Co – Owner – UNIFARM
Nikhil Murali is a founder & Co – Owner of UNIFARM, bringing many years of management experience in the poultry and food industry.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in the development and implementation of poultry products and has built extensive knowledge of international sourcing, purchasing and sales processes. His long-standing experience and established business relationships with producers, suppliers and trading partners provide UNIFARM with a strong foundation for developing reliable and efficient supply chains.
At UNIFARM, Nikhil is responsible for managing and coordinating key purchasing and sales processes, ensuring that the company maintains effective control over the entire commercial cycle — from sourcing and supplier relationships through to sales and delivery to customers.
His extensive industry experience, international network and long-term business relationships are an important part of UNIFARM’s strategy to work with reliable producers and build sustainable partnerships in international markets.
Sebastian Mazur
Chief Executive Officer
Sebastian Mazur holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the Higher School of Commerce in Gdynia. He brings several years of management experience gained through leading both joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, including serving as a President of the Management Board.
His professional experience combines strategic management, business development and coordination of company operations. This allows him to effectively connect different areas of the business and support the implementation of long-term development strategies.
At UNIFARM, Sebastian focuses on close cooperation with both the operational and financial teams, working to ensure efficient management, sustainable growth and the highest standards of quality.
His primary objective is to support the long-term development of UNIFARM while protecting the company’s reputation, strengthening its market position and ensuring that growth is built on quality, reliability and responsible business practices.
Edyta Mazur
Chief Financial Officer
Edyta Mazur has extensive experience in financial management and in supporting the development and operations of trading companies. As a shareholder, she has gained many years of practical experience in managing company finances, overseeing financial processes and supporting key business decisions.
At UNIFARM, Edyta is responsible for the financial area of the company, with a particular focus on financial planning, cost management, business development and maintaining financial stability.
The UNIFARM project is currently her primary professional focus. She is fully committed to building the company’s long-term growth, strengthening its financial foundations and supporting the development of sustainable business relationships with international partners.
Dominika
Marketing Manager
Dominika has several years of experience in marketing and brand development, with a strong focus on product positioning, branding and building a consistent market identity.
Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in the development of several companies, supporting their product strategies, brand positioning and communication activities. Her experience includes social media management, digital communication and developing marketing strategies tailored to specific products and target audiences.
At UNIFARM, Dominika is responsible for developing the company’s marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness and supporting the market positioning of its products.
Her focus is on creating a strong and consistent UNIFARM brand while ensuring that the company’s products are communicated in a professional, credible and attractive way to both business partners and consumers.

Logistics & Equipment Director Europe
Dominik has several years of professional experience and an educational background in the technical and engineering sectors, with expertise covering electrical and electronic systems, machinery and equipment construction, and technical operations.
His experience combines technical knowledge with practical skills in the operation, maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment. He is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of UNIFARM’s technical and service operations.
At UNIFARM, Dominik oversees the technical and service area, supporting the company’s operational efficiency and ensuring that technical processes, equipment and service activities are maintained to a high standard.
His focus is on reliability, efficient problem-solving and maintaining the technical infrastructure necessary for the smooth and sustainable development of UNIFARM.
